Reception/ Yr 1

An essential two skills in one program – the art of dance and the skill of the acrobat. It combines many classic dance elements with a physical conditioning that allows the student to undertake the complex acrobatic/gymnastic moves that are part of the style.

This discipline places an emphasis on athleticism, agility, strength, control and balance, in order to ensure graceful and apparently effortless movement.

We initially mark the level of our students in age groups, If our coach thinks any of students need to move up a level- we will do so accordingly.

Compulsory Uniform:

- Black Lycra catsuit (purchased through us)
- Bare feet
- RISE t-shirt/ Hoodie (optional)
